Property:
The product is readily soluble in water, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and has much better whitening effect than VBL at pH 4.5-7. Belonging to anionic type, it can be used in the one bath with anionic or nonionic surfactants.
Application:
Mainly applied to whiten paper pulp, surface sizing, coating, and also applied to whiten cotton, linen and cellulose fiber as well as cellulose fabrics, and to brighten light-colored cellulose fabrics.
Treating process:
Exhaust process:
BA:0.05-0.3%(o.w.f) ; bath ratio: 1:5-30 ; dyeing temperature: 40℃-100℃
Na2SO4: 0-10g/l ; start temperature:30℃, heating rate: 1-2℃/min, keep the temperature at 50-100℃ for 20-40 min, then lower to 50-30℃→wash→dry(100℃)→setting(120℃-150℃)×1-2min(add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
Padding Process:
VBL: 0.5-3g/l, residue liquor ratio: 100%, one dip and nip→dry(100℃)→setting(120℃-150℃)×1-2min
